Beth is a Certified Personal Trainer as well as a Nutrition Coach through National Academy of Sports Medicine. She believes movement and exercise is essential for leading a healthy and fulfilling quality of life. Whatever your age, her objective is to help you reach your goals by striving for excellent mobility, maximizing your potential and providing a sustainable and enjoyable program that works for you! As a young athlete, Beth enjoyed many sports including soccer, basketball and tennis and continues to play as much as possible. Beth’s free time is spent with her husband and children exploring parks, visiting the zoo and making the most of their time together!
