Ken has a BS in Nutrition from the University of Oklahoma and has been a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with the National Strength and Conditioning Association since 1998. He has worked as a personal trainer in Middle Tennessee for the last 22 years and brings a wide range of experience and conditioning and coaching tools from working with clients in all age ranges and also competitive middle school, high school and collegiate athletes. Ken believes in building the base of a healthy, strong and flexible body first, and that from that base, all other goals, including weight loss, can be accomplished.
